TUM Sustainability Day

Tasks: Various set-up tasks (furniture, expo area, signage, operations office) 

• All volunteers will receive a short briefing in advance and on site. 

• In the 4-hour shifts, there is a 30-minute break.

• On set-up and tear-down days, volunteers will be provided with drinks, but no food.

• In the short 4-hour shifts, there is a 30-minute break. In the long shift on the event day, there is a 60-minute break.  

• On the event day, all volunteers will receive drinks and food.

• During the short 4-hour shifts, there will be a 30-minute break. During the long shift on the event day, there will be a 60-minute break.

• On the setup and dismantling days, volunteers will be provided with drinks, but no food.

I agree to the processing of my given personal data for the registration as helper for student events (helfen.fs.tum.de) by Fachschaft MPIC of Technical University of Munich (www.fs.tum.de/impressum). This includes in particular the creation of helper lists, sending information mails about the event, a call in case of urgent and important matters, if applicable the creation of badges for the event and if applicable the invitation to the helpers’ party after the event. Access to the personal data is only granted to selected organizers of the event. The data will be deleted 6 months after the event.

At any given time, without affecting the legitimacy of the processing of my data on the basis of prior approval, I may withdraw my consent until my submission of consent on the basis of Article 6(1)(GDPR) (General Data Protection Regulation). Upon receiving my notice of withdrawal of consent, the personal data will be removed from the system. Please send any notice of withdrawal of consent to Fachschaft MPIC, Technische Universität München, Boltzmannstraße 3, 85748 Garching (datenschutz@fs.tum.de).

By law, participants have a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to processing or data portability. Furthermore, participants have a right of complaint and the right to appeal to the Bavarian commissioner for data protection.

I agree that my email address is stored in order to inform me about future events of the student representatives. The sending of further e-mails can be vetoed via the link in each e-mail. In this case, the e-mail address will be deleted.
